Who operates this site

Seeds to Tree is an independent creative and architectural concept led by Darron Huskey in Oregon, United States. Questions about this website can be sent to seedstotree.thinktank@gmail.com.

What this site does—and does not do

This information-only website has no visitor accounts, purchase checkout, contribution acceptance, or visitor contact form. The reviewed site files do not include first-party analytics scripts, advertising trackers, browser-storage calls, or a form that submits sample seed amounts. The “Plant a Seed” activity is a local browser demonstration; it does not send your sample amount or virtual planting action to the project.

Web hosting and technical information

The site is intended to be hosted on Netlify. As with ordinary websites, Netlify and network providers may handle technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser/device details, and security information to deliver, operate, and protect the site. Hosting records, retention practices, and privacy rights are governed partly by the provider's policies and the deployment settings. See Netlify’s privacy statement. This notice does not promise that hosting providers collect no technical information.

We have not committed to a fixed deletion schedule; contact us to request review or deletion of an email where feasible, subject to provider capabilities and applicable obligations. Please do not email sensitive personal information or confidential inventions without a separate agreement.
